If you experience a medical emergency that cannot wait, call 911 or make arrangements to be evaluated in one of our affiliated hospital emergency rooms - Long Beach Memorial Medical Center or Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center in Fountain Valley.

How can I speak with my doctor if I have an urgent need when the office is closed?
If you have an urgent need to speak to a doctor after hours, please contact our office at 562-799-7071 and ask for the physician on call.

What if I am sick and need to be seen today?
If you are ill, please call our office and make an appointment to see your doctor. If you are unable to wait for the next available appointment, you can schedule an appointment with another physician in our group or you can choose to be seen at Seal Beach Urgent Care.

Can I be seen by my doctor at Seal Beach Urgent Care?
Since our physicians rotate at Seal Beach Urgent Care, there is no flexibility to request a specific doctor. You can make an appointment with your regular physician or the doctor at Seal Beach Urgent Care will see you.

How can I ask my doctor a question?
If it is not an emergency, please call our office during business hours, and leave a message. Your doctor will call you back as soon as possible. Frequently they are only able to return calls during noon or evening hours, so be sure to leave a number where they can reach you during these hours.

What if I need a referral to a specialist?
Referrals are not made over the telephone. If you feel you need to see a specialist, please make an appointment with your primary care physician.

How can I get the results of my tests?
Depending on the test or study, your doctor may ask you to make a follow-up appointment to review the results. Otherwise, you will be notified by telephone or mail.

How can I obtain copies of my medical records?
To obtain copies of your medical records, or to have them sent to another facililty, please submit a signed written request along with the processing fee.

How can I have my medication refilled?
Generally, the doctor will prescribe enough medication to meet your needs until a re-evaluation is necessary. If you are running low, please make a follow-up appointment with your doctor. We usually do not refill medication over the phone, especially antibiotics and narcotics.

What is your payment policy?
Unless prior arrangements are made, all co-pays and deductibles are collected at each visit. We will bill HMOs, PPOs, Medicare, and worker's compensation carriers (with employment authorization). All other forms of payment must be made at time of service.
